We are honest with our customers and do not hide our prices from the public. The cost of your Nexus installation depends on how many computers you are going to use the software on, and whether or not you will be purchasing any devices, hardware, or the Nexus TSi touch screen software. The fee structure is shown below:

• Base software licensing fee: $9,895.00
  This fee includes free updates, and maintenence for the life of the application. One computer license is included with this fee.
  
  The base software licensing fee now includes remote setup and training for up to five days free of charge!
  
  If you only have one computer at your location which will use Nexus, this is the only cost you will incur for the software. If you have more than one computer, you'll need to purchase an additional license for each computer ($595.00 per machine)
  

Optional Software & Services:

• Additional-computer software license: $595.00
  You will need to purchase a license for each computer at your location that will use Nexus.
  
  
  
• Nexus TSi touch-screen software: $895.00
  If you would like the touch-screen application, it is $895.00 per touch-screen system. This cost is for the software only, you will still need to purchase a touch-screen computer system if you do not already have one. We recommend Nexus TSi to be run on the following machine: Gateway All-In-One Touchscreen Computer
  
  
  
• Nexus Mobile Software License: $650.00
  If you would like the Nexus Mobile software, it is $650.00 per device. This cost is for the software only, you will still need to purchase a PocketPC device if you do not already have one. We recommend Nexus Mobile to be run on a Motorola Symbol or Windows smartphone.
  
  
  
• On-site set up, configuration and training: $2,400.00
  If you would like us to travel to your location, we will stay for up to a week and modify the software to meet your businesses needs. We will customize the application, letterhead, envelopes, reports, checks, bank accounts and set up your products and commodities within the system. We will transfer all your customers and products from your existing system into Nexus. We will also set up your scales, cameras, scanners, printers and fix any computer, server, or network issues you may have to ensure Nexus and your business are running as best as they can.
  
  This service is not available to all areas and may be subject to scheduling.
