• Nexus is written on the latest, up-to-date technology available and works on computer systems old and new, without forcing you to buy additional equipment or bulky workstations.Nexus isn't bloated with features that you'll never use, but instead, the core components of the application are designed to enable you to work efficiently, and without error. The interface is designed with speed and ease of use in mind.

Compatibility and Reliability.

• Nexus is developed on the Microsoft .NET 4.0 Framework, which is currently the industry-standard development platform from Microsoft. Inferior, and out of date products are based on Microsoft Visual Basic 6 (The final release was in 1998), which has difficulty running on new machines and does not work with all devices. When choosing a recycling system, it is very important to ensure your business will not grow out of it, or that it is already incompatible with existing standards. 
  
• Nexus' reliability is more of a statement than a question. The application has been written on one, single, core component - NexusCommon. NexusCommon is a single object-model that provides Nexus with all of its functionality, for both the office and touch-screen program. This ensures both pieces of software will communicate exactly as the other does, without issues. NexusCommon also makes operations in Nexus seamless and extremely fast and efficient. The common object model that Nexus is built on eliminates redunant code anywhere in the program, and eliminates unneeded or unattended database queries. If a problem arises with Nexus, this professional, fully-object oriented development process allows us to fix the program in minutes, not days or months. We can add and modify features without harming other parts of the application, and customers will enjoy fast and accurate transactions within Nexus.

 Expandable and ever-changing.

• Nexus is not closed software, we will change the application to meet your needs by adding and changing features. Nexus can be interfaced with almost any piece of software and hardware, including QuickBooks, and is soon to be available for Windows Mobile and possibly Android based cell phones.
